Apple releases iOS 15.4.1 and iPadOS 15.4.1 for 83 devices

 Apple releases iOS 15.4.1 and iPadOS 15.4.1 for some 83 devices a couple of weeks after iOS 15.4 was released. The previous iOS update came with support for Emoji 14, adding 37 emoji and 75 skin tone additions for a total of 112 new characters as well as the option to unlock your iDevice while wearing a face mask. 

Now we are getting iOS 15.4.1 with some bug fixes and security enhancements. All those with compatible devices will be able to install this new update by going to Settings > General > Software Update.

According to information from the release notes of this new update, Apple says this new update includes fixes for the battery drainage issue that was experienced in iOS 15.4.  Also, there is a fix for Braille devices becoming unresponsive while navigating text or displaying an alert, and a fix for Made for iPhone hearing devices losing connection within some third-party apps.
