iOS 15.2 is now out and you can download iOS 15.2 and iPadOS 15.2 IPWS for all iPhones From this page. All firmware links are provided from the Apple server using the ipsw.me API.
Note that the firmware here can only be restored with iTunes or 3utools if they are still being signed. You will get to see firmware status and know if they are signed or not.
iOS 15.2 adds the full “App Privacy Report” feature to the Settings application. With this, users can now see the data accessed by applications, including third-party apps and Apple apps.
