It was discovered from the beta releases of the iPadOS 13.4 that the iPadOS 13.4 will have support for trackpad and it is here.

Starting today with this new iPadOS update, you can pair a mouse or trackpad with your iPad and use it to move a cursor on the display. Once the trackpad is connected, it displays a rounded cursor on the screen. The cursor changes depending on what you’re hovering over. This newly added feature makes iPad devices look more desktop-like.

Also, the Mail app, Files, and App Store and Apple Arcade have a revamp just like on the iOS 13.4.
