 Novus tweak: A tweak that reinvents the Phone app of your iPhone with jailbreak. As you all know, over the past years, even though Apple has been performing updates to the iOS system, the phone app has never gotten any UI updates. A new iPhone tweak now comes to the rescue of those who will want to give their telephone app a brand-new look and feel.  

Novus tweak modernised Apple's app by unifying the experience. The developer nicho1asdev had the good idea to remove the bottom tabs to group everything in a single screen. Everything is thus within easy reach.

Once Novus is installed, you will find an interface that combines the list of recent calls (with a filter on missed calls), your favourite contacts, a search bar, an add button, a button for messaging as well as another to display the dial pad. It's simple and very effective!

But that's not all. Novus fully supports long press gestures (3D Touch / Haptic Touch) on contacts to display call, message or FaceTime options.

Novus is the kind of pleasant surprise that makes us love jailbreak so much, a turnkey solution that requires no configuration and works very well. We feel that the developer thought before embarking on the design of this application.
